Dear Friend of Rebels Hockey,

The Boosters will be holding their 21st Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, June 24, 2011, at River Bend Country
Club in West Bridgewater, starting at 8:30 a.m. This year we will commemorate Tom Tempesta, another
great friend of Rebels Hockey who sadly passed away earlier this year. Dinner, live and silent auctions, and the
presentation of prizes will follow right after the tournament at the River Bend facility.

Our Annual Golf Tournament is far and away our most important fundraising event. It is critical to the high school
boys’ hockey program that the tournament be very successful. Some of the major expenditures that we as a
Booster Organization pay for are:

-ice time for practices at Iorio Arena and games at Dexter School;
-coaches’ salaries;
-end of season banquet and gifts for players; and
-annual alumni game (another fundraising activity)

The goal of the Boosters this year is to “sell-out the course” with over 144 golfers. There is no reason why we
cannot meet this goal at such a beautiful and challenging course, on a Friday in early summer. We hope that you
will be able to golf with us, the coaches and other valued supporter’s of the Walpole High School Boys Hockey
Program.

The fee of $125.00 per individual golfer includes a round of golf, golf cart, gift bag, dinner, golfing prizes, and a
chance to win great raffle prizes and bid on silent and live auction items. If you could put together one or more
foursomes of your friends, relatives, neighbors, business associates, vendors, or customers, that would be ideal.

In addition, whether you can play or not, we have several levels of sponsorship opportunities that are described
on the attached Registration Form. Participation at any of these levels, from Hole Sponsor to Masters, will
include, at a minimum, your business name/logo/website displayed on a professionally printed sign placed
prominently on a tee box during the tournament as well as printed in the tournament program. We also
welcome raffle and auction items (e.g., gift cards, sports tickets, restaurant gift certificates, etc.). Donors will also
have their names printed in our tournament program. Any help that you can extend will be greatly appreciated.

I hope to see you at River Bend Country Club on June 24th for a modified shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Registration
